Following, the participants will be guided in an Olive Mill Farm and see the production of olive soap, olive oil and honey etc. and enjoy an unforgettable meal made from local products, at your own expense at the Olive Mill Farm, with unique aromas from the surrounding wild mountain and view to the Aegean sea. Our day will end with a guided tour at the word wide famous Archaeological Site of Knossos, the capital of  ancient Minoan civilization, the first in Europe.
